“These guys are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and are looking for repeat customers (i.e., they charge an incredibly fair price).  I am a Kirby owner and took it in for service at a place in Fairfax.  The owner tried to gouge me and tell me all types of things were broken requiring a full re-engine.  I took it to NOVA Vacuums and the technician took it apart in front of me, showed me the broken parts and charged me 1/3 of what the other shop was trying to work me over for. So impressed with these guys… I live 30 minutes from there shop, but I’ll never go anywhere else!”
